The ENJOY program begins with the foundational PQ Mental Fitness program, a synthesis of the latest breakthroughs in neuroscience, cognitive and positive psychology, and performance science combines weekly video sessions with daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles. It includes:

  • Weekly training videos on Positive Intelligence by Shirzad Chamine, author of Positive Intelligence
  • Access to the Positive Intelligence App to guide you through the methodology of the program
  • First 8 chapters of Shirzad Chamine’s bestselling book, Positive Intelligence (digital & audio format)
  • Access to the PQ Community for support
  • Access to the PQ Saboteur Assessment
  • Weekly Group Session facilitated by professional coach, Gayle Charach

After the basics are covered, remain on for an additional 3 months of the Positive intelligence GROW program with customized, bi-weekly one-on-one Coaching Sessions to integrate and apply all the learnings into your daily life and help you meet your goals.
